a late treasure

I can across these pictures today and I just had to share.  I don't think I was blogging much back when this happened, but it sure was special.  I will let the pictures speak for themselves this time.  (Just remember that these photos were before I had a good camera, and the camera I was using at the time was not my favorite.)
